Cancellation Policy

by notifying everyone the platform agents have an aim of checking traffic and do the same (notifying via phone calls)
For that the client May CANCEL the order and get refunded 85% of the total amount,
because of the charges occurred during transaction (cancellation fee) B. Approved mode
When a client makes an order it automatically being put into that Pending mode in order to double check if everything is good then it get Approved. And for the order placed ,
the platform notify everyone along that product sale-chain by e-mail for now sooner the process will on automates sms’s,
by notifying everyone the platform agents have an aim of checking traffic and do the same (notifying via phone calls) For that the client May Not CANCEL the order and Will and must get 100% of what he paid for during transaction. C. Denied mode
A. The platform doesn’t provide a way to make an online transaction when things are
(i) ODD or
(ii) it doesn’t match,
(iii) unavailable,
(iv) doesn’t fit or
(v) any other negative issues, means
This case will not going to occur
When a client makes an order it automatically being put into that Pending mode in order to double check if everything is Odd or it doesn’t match, unavailable, doesn’t fit or any other negative issues then it get Denied.
And for the order placed ,
the platform notify everyone along that product sale-chain by e-mail for now sooner the process will on automates sms’s,
by notifying everyone the platform agents have an aim of checking traffic and do the same (notifying via phone calls)
This might occur B. The platform does provide a way to make an offline transaction on things ordered online
When a client makes an order it automatically being put into that Pending mode in order to double check if everything is
(i) ODD or
(ii) it doesn’t match,
(iii) unavailable,
(iv) doesn’t fit or
(v) any other negative issues, means
then it get Denied .And for the order placed ,

For that the client May CANCEL the order and remain with 100% of what amount. D. Delivered mode
When a client makes and after double check everything and gets Approved. It gets Delivered
For that the client May CANCEL the order and remain with 80% of that amount Transferred for the purchased but paid the delivery services
If 1. It’s confined and agreed to in the guarantee policy terms on that particular product that have to be returned because it must be informed to the seller for confirmation before any cancelation occur because
a. The seller might be already settled, and have used the money which may yield for this cancelation to be IMPOSSIBLE
b. The seller might be already settled and STILL HAVE the money BUT UNREACHABLE cause of force majeure unwillingness...
which may yield for this cancelation to be IMPOSSIBLE
c. Any related negative situation unmentioned which may yield for this cancelation to be IMPOSSIBLE
If one of them occurs then For that the client May Not CANCEL the order and Will and must get 85% of what he paid for during transaction. If none of them occurs then
For that the client May CANCEL the order and remain with 80% of that amount Transferred for the purchased but paid the delivery services, 20% is cancellation fee
2. If the reason is understandable ,
reasonable which must be analyzed, which may yield for the client to have an urge of presenting real proof, or related documents or etc..
For that the client May CANCEL the order and remain with 85% of that amount Transferred for the purchased but paid the delivery services, 15% is cancellation fee
This policy is here to outline and explain in detail what should happen when you decide to cancel your order at anytime after having paid for and paced it.
As a way of honoring the work being done for an adequate provision of your ordered product,
fines will be put in place as your cancellation is still in progress.

Any order cancellation has to be made before order gets Approved after it has to be what mentioned above 10% off from the original amount of the ordered product for transaction cost Any order cancellation has to be made after order gets Approved made it has been paid for and placed will be charged a fine of 20% upto of 30% off from the original amount of the ordered product.

In the first place, it is crucial that we prevent any cause for order cancellation through discussion and negotiation. If futile, customers should always be given what they desire, even when it is accompanied with penalties.

It is important that customers understand every single word in this policy to ensure that we both attain our highest potential in whatever we desire to achieve. This policy should be adhered to correctly to ensure maximum collaboration
